About David

David Bickham is a Senior Litigation Counsel at Universal Law Group, PLLC.  His role includes handling a wide variety of complex commercial and civil litigation matters including business disputes, contract disputes, business torts, shareholder disputes, derivative actions and construction disputes.

David’s career spans 30+ years as a partner at large law firms and as the Associate Director of Complex Litigation at the Texas Health and Human Services Commission.  David is committed to client service and puts a focus on ensuring that clients’ needs are met.  David has tried dozens of jury trials and participated in countless trials and arbitrations.  David joined Universal Law Group in Houston to expand his role in managing and trying complex cases.
