About Joseph

Joseph Ward is licensed to practice law in all Texas courts and provides defense for both civil and criminal proceedings, family law matters, and is a certified mediator & arbitrator.  Joe is well-versed and experienced in criminal, civil, and family law and his passion, drive, and committment is to provide the best possible outcome for his clients.

Joe has managed the entire representation for clients in over 12 jury trials, from opening argument to closing statement and has been lead attorney on over 300 bench trials in civil and family law.  Criminal defense has been his passion throughout his career, obtaining outcomes of dismissals, not guilty verdicts, and acceptable pleas for his clients. Seeking justice for those without a voice has always been a major reason for Joe becoming an attorney.

Further, Joe has had major successes in civil law including employment disputes, employment discrimination, contract negotiations, breach of contracts, civil fraud, theft, and unconscionability cases.  Joe also has significant experience in family law comprising CPS, adoptions, divorces, SAPCR, and custody cases.
