About John

A former prosecutor, John is Board Certified in Labor & Employment law and is licensed to practice in both Texas and California. John handles complex civil litigation including class and collective actions, shareholder rights disputes, restrictive covenants, fraud, deceptive trade and practices, and business litigation.

His specialty is novel solutions to resolve seemingly intractable problems. His best piece of advice to clients is – “call before you need to sue.” Because then when you sue, we’ll have a better case.

When he isn’t practicing law, John likes to climb mountains and work in his garden. He has climbed 17 rated mountains on four continents and makes a great caprese salad out of his own vegetables.
