Dr. Joe A. Schulz is an Associate Attorney in the Firm’s civil and commercial litigation section.  Prior to joining ULG, Joe served as a corporate attorney and Chief Legal Officer at Terra Labor Consulting Group, LLC, based in Houston, Texas where he oversaw legal strategy, regulatory compliance, contracts, and litigation. A licensed Minnesota attorney with a background in education leadership, he holds a J.D. from Mitchell Hamline School of Law and a doctorate in education. Prior to becoming an attorney he spent 20 years in Texas public schools as a teacher and a campus administrator.
